Joyce Linett has been a full-time, professional REALTOR® since 1989. As a fully licensed real estate broker, Joyce specializes in the sales and marketing of homes throughout the Greater Toronto area. She has extensive experience in higher priced homes but works with homes in all price ranges as well as condos, lofts and some commercial property.

Consistently outstanding in her field, Joyce has received numerous awards in recognition of her exemplary performance on behalf of clients. She is currently a member of the prestigious 100% Club and the Re/Max Hall of Fame.

Memberships

Joyce is a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board, a professional association that upholds a strict code of ethics and ensures that its members are up to date on the latest issues affecting real estate. Joyce is also a Registered Interior Designer and is a Member of Arido,(Association for Registered Interior Designers of Ontario and IDC (Interior Designers of Canada) This enables her to advise clients on how to prepare their homes for sale. From helping to stage a home for sale so that it shows in its very best light to assisting clients to see the potential of a home they are considering purchasing, Joyce offers skills and counselling above and beyond those of the typical Realtor.

Personal Information

Joyce has almost thirty years of real estate experience and has diligently served her clientele in the Greater Toronto Area.

While her children were growing up, Joyce was very involved in their activities and education. She served as president of the Home and School Association and chaired the lunch program. Joyce has co-chaired the Golf Tournaments for Mt. Sinai Hospital for the Marvelle Koffler Breast Cancer Centre and has helped raise several hundred thousand dollars. Joyce's extensive involvement in the community has given her an acute awareness of the needs and requirements of families. She knows the schools, the neighbourhoods, the services and the benefits available and is a valuable information resource both for those new to the area as well as to those who are simply changing neighbourhoods.
